Appraisal Services We strive to be a full-service appraisal office, providing appraisals and consulting services. We offer valuations on all types of agricultural properties, agribusiness properties, commercial properties, and residential properties in Southern and Central Minnesota. Our appraisals meet all the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We additionally perform appraisals that are compliant with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book). We utilize the Uniform Agricultural Appraisal Report (UAAR), as well as narrative reports.
