Appraisal Services We strive to be a full service appraisal office in providing appraisal and valuations on agricultural property and residential properties in Southern and Central Minnesota. Our appraisals meet all the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We utilize the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) on residential appraisals; and narrative reports for agriculture.
